1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note: During peak seasons or launches, processing may take slightly longer—but we promise it’s worth the wait.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $120.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your fragrance's journey right to your door. If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder—or reach out to us.
5. International Shipping
We do ship internationally! However, please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping timelines may be extended due to customs clearance.
