Return Policy

At Maehk fragrance, we want you to love every drop of your fragrance. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to hygiene and safety standards, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

We do not accept returns for opened or used products unless they arrived damaged or defective.

2. How to Request a Return

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your return to ensure it reaches us safely.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product or packaging

We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or offering a full refund, depending on the situation.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different fragrance, we recommend returning the unopened item and placing a new order.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used fragrances
  • Gift cards or promotional items
